Lachie has grown a lot over the last month or so. He is happy to potter about now that he is walking and spends lots of time carrying things back and forth from the lounge room to bedroom and vice versa. I even found him piling clothes into the washing machine the other day. Amazing seeing him copying what he must have seen us do everyday. The climbing has slowed fortunately now that he has the walking motion sorted. He loves to give big kisses which are accompanied by a kissing sound (and lots of dribble too!). L is besotted with Chutney and makes regular visits to the forest to throw the ball to him and play in the mud.

It is a little colder here and so nude dishwashing like N did is not so favourable. A waterproof apron helps, but there is still water everywhere...

walking

L has been walking for about 2 weeks now. Not very fast yet, but does take 6 or 7 steps at a time. Since crawling is so much faster still, it is his usual mode to get around, in, under and up things!

And sorry for the orientation of the movie. Better I upload it now rather than figure out how to fix it, otherwise it could be a while before you see it!
